City of Rotterdam shares their experience on social impact bonds

On February 23^rd-24^th the project team visited City of Rotterdam to learn from Rotterdam’s experience in setting up SIBs as well as one day to plan the Health movement project. Among other things the team got to meet with the originators of the first impact bond in the Netherlands which targets the challenge of getting young people from benefits into work, education or their own business. We met with among others social impact bond expert Hiske van den Broek, the social entrepreneur behind the Buzinezzclub who delivers the services of the impact bond and the investors ABN AMRO.
